Probiotic Yoghurt Recipe

Make your own fruity gut-friendly probiotic cultured yogurt!

Recipe Ingredients

Two Servings

1 cup cashew nuts
2 cups milk of choice (soy, nut, coconut etc)
1 tbsp lemon juice
1 cup fresh or frozen fruit (berries, mango, banana etc)
2 medjool dates for sweetness
1 probiotic capsule

Dish Preparation

10 Minutes + soaking time

Soak the cashews in the milk and lemon juice for about 2 hours ( still works if you soak for less time)

Add fruit and dates

Break open a probiotic capsule and sprinkle in.

Blend up all ingredients until thickened and smooth.
Leave unrefrigerated overnight to allow cultivation of bacteria.

Store in a refrigerator for up to 3 days
