Is there room for improvement in your diet? We want to inspire you and empower you to make better choices every day. Your body wants to reach optimum health, it’s a fine balance known as ‘homeostasis’, your body wants to heal itself and has the natural power to do just that, when given optimal conditions.

Poor diet is a factor in one in five deaths, a global study  revealed. Diet is the highest risk factor for early death alongside smoking. Other high risks are high blood pressure, high blood glucose levels (insulin resistance), high body mass index (BMI) which is a measure of obesity and high total cholesterol.

But what about those annoying conditions that people live with like allergies, digestive disorders, migraines, and hormone imbalances? Could they be helped by simply adjusting our diet?

Yes! We firmly believe the future of medicine is food – most conditions can be improved by diet. Modern medicine is now recognising this stunning new concept, we now have good evidence that bio-actives in food speak to our genes and deliver messages to moderate the body’s function toward health or disease.

Eating well is one of the first principles of self love. Self love is the foundation of mental and physical health. This is the point where we start our journey…….

We consider each individual to be unique and recommend personalised nutrition and lifestyle programmes, rather than a ‘one size fits all’ approach.

Personalised nutrition is tailored specifically for you, taking into account your health journey, your health goals and dietary preferences. We may use functional tests to inform the recommendations that are based on your unique biological individuality.

Personalised nutrition consultations are relevant for individuals with chronic conditions, such as diabetes, obesity, cardiovascular disease, and osteoporosis; anyone with persistent digestive issues or those wishing to support an autoimmune condition, as well as those looking to enhance their health and wellbeing. Recommendations are not a replacement for medical advice; practitioners frequently work alongside medical professionals to support individuals’ wellbeing.

Hello! I am a registered nutritionist who combines my love of food and science to help increase people’s awareness of a healthy lifestyle.

Combining my background in the pharmaceutical profession, a personal interest in nutritional science led me to study naturopathic nutritional therapy and ignited my fascination in the world of nutrigenomics – how food has the power to influence our genes.

Having discovered for myself the difference that using food as medicine can make on your health, I bring energy and passion to my profession and enjoy bringing the science of nutrition to life.

Balancing my time between private clients and NHS commitments, I see patients seeking nutritional support and advice.  I specialise in coaching those seeking safe and effective transition to a healthy, predominantly plant based way of eating.

There’s nothing I love more than seeing people reach their goals and improve from years of debilitating conditions like digestive issues, migraines, diabetes type 2 and psoriasis. More importantly, supporting clients to sustain a new lifestyle and become masters of their own body to prevent future health issues to live their best life!
